May 27th, 2010A new force has risen in the cutlery industry, given birth by both Hogue and Elishewitz Custom Knives. Hogue/Elishewitz Extreme Knives bring back American pride because all knives are built in the USA to higher standards than other manufacturers. The first knife is the EX01 and we have several other models that will be coming out later this year and next year. With a variety of designs, styles, sizes and pricin; everyone should be able to find one to meet their needs. You can see the knives here. May 24th, 2010Les George and I have finished another small run of Cerberus our collaboration midtech knife. These have two tone satin and tumbled finished blades, tumbled finished frames and black G-10 scales. You can see the knives here. April 30th, 2010We have launched the Elishewitz Knives Blog! Check it out: http://elishewitzknives.blogspot.com/ April 23rd, 2010I decided to revisit some of my earlier models and make them again with 18 years of advancement in fasteners, precision and techniques. Here is the folder that started it all: The Omega M1! I incorporated some features of the original folder and the pattern was taken off an original catalog of that time. Each one of these knives is numbered and this is a one time shot as I am not going to revisit this model again. Throughout this year I will be making the other 3 models: M2, M5 and M6. The collectors who buy one of these will be offered the rights to the next one. You can see the knives here. I am proud to present several new collaborations which were introduced at the Shot Show in January: First a newcomer to the knife industry but a very well known name in the firearms world: Hogue teamed up with me to develop their line of Extreme Knives. You can find out more and see the knives here. Secondly, Pro-Tech is producing my Doru design in an automatic version that is really awesome. The knife is not yet shown on their website but it should be shortly so contact Dave Wattenberg for further information: Pro-Tech's website. And lastly, CRKT is now producing a great pen that I have designed for them: You can see it here. I have a new t-shirt design available! This new one was designed by a friend of mine and features a Spartan warrior. They are available in XL and 2XL. Click here for details. I have recently discontinued several models I have had for several years and updated the website with some new models introduced in the past year. I plan to introduce new models soon so stay tuned! Click here to see all the models I am currently making. There is a new forum on the internet in which I have my own sub-forum. It is called www.customknivesandguns.com. You need to register to be able to read and post but it is free. It is a great place with all kinds of people and topics. Take a minute to visit the new forum and my personal forum. You now have the possibility to sign up to receive an email when we add new pieces available to the website: Sign up here.
