Khepri Bolster-Lock with carbon fiber scales

About 15 years ago I developped the Bolster-Lock and the Inlay-Lock. I was wanting a framelock knife but with more of a traditional look and maintaining a slim profile. The results of my labor were these 2 locks. The Bolster-Lock is taking a thick piece of titanium and machining 2/3 of the titanium leaving a liner with an integral bolster. The bolster is then split with the liner similarly to a framelock for the locking mechanism. The inlay lock but instead of a bolstered knife it was an inlayed material.
Since then many makers and manufacturers have utilized this clever way of combining some of the 2 favorite knife constructions.
